5. Retrospect
Retrospect
As the seasons change, so do my thoughts. The move from winter to spring is especially romantic because of the longer days and cool nights. I think of afternoon walks, wine at dusk and of flowers preparing to pop. Summer to fall is another favorite transition — the muted light of a weary sun traveling the afternoon sky, the crisp reminder of winter’s approach in the air. Memories of my college days come to mind. I think of new friendships and of falling in love.
Day 4 Guide
A change of seasons is an ideal time to have a change of mind. Use the light of retrospect to give yourself a lift. Think of pleasant memories and great friends. Close your eyes and take yourself back to a time you enjoyed.
