Fear is consuming, and once the mind is overcome with fear, worry pervades. A fearful mind is focused — but unhealthily so — on one thing: the seed of concern. And as that seed grows it leaves thoughts that are misshapen and out of proportion. The molehill then truly becomes the mountain.
This year I’m going to make the effort to worry less. I’m going to search for comfort in the fact God has already made provision for my mistakes and my worries and that He is even using the fallen fruit of my poor decisions.
Day 4 Guide
Do you worry? Pray that God would help you to cast your fears into the sea.
